Can anyone tell me if there are any takeaway outlets (e.g. Pret a Manger) or food shops in cyberport mall?

There are restaurants there: O Sushi and Wildfire Pizza (will deliver). The omnipresent Stabucks of course.
At Le Meridien there are: Prompt (bistro), Umami (Japanese), PSI (bar), Podium Wine Bar and Nam Fong (Cantonese). Also a Ben & Jerry's - is that what you mean by "food shop"?
There is a SUPERMARKET called Park'n'Shop (big chain in HK) on the ground level of Phase 1.

There is also a Cosmos cafe there that sells takeaway wraps, sandwiches, salads, pasta salads. They are really good and made from healthy organic ingredients - even my kids like the food there! Enjoy your hike!
