Does anyone know who you can get to come and test for bugs or mites at your house?
Family members have been itching and coming up with small bites etc. Not sure whether it is in the mattress or somewhere in our house, so need someone to test and then treat.
Any information would be appreciated.

I'm unable to answer your question BUT what I do find interesting is that you seem to live in Pokfulam, and I'm aware of an outbreak of 'bed bugs' in Le Meridien hotel at Cyberport at the moment. If you don't get any other responses it might be worth contacting the hotel and asking who they used. And if they deny (for the good name of the hotel etc etc) say you were talking to someone who had been staying there for the last month and it's an absolute fact.
