What is the meaning of "kai dai"? It a Cantonese slang term. "Dai" is pronounced like "die" in English and means younger brother. Thanks.

Foul slang calling someone a bastard. Word translation word by word ..kai means adopt and dai means brother. Nevertheless, it's just a scolding phase and doesn't really apply to the translation of the words.

Translation: Kai Dai = God Brother (but not widely used nowadays because of the slang translation. the actual person would want to be known as 'Kai Sai Lo' = God Little Brother)


Slang Translation: can be used loosely as 'homely' says above but also it is the person (of male gender identity) who has been raped.
