Hi There
I m Indian with Permanent HKID and was married in India 2001 and have a kid in the same year., and my marriage went sour, presently my wife lives in India and i would like to serve her the divorce papers.
Could the house advise me my approximate legal cost and what maiantence would i be rqrd to pay in the event of a contest.
I earn around HKD30k a month and i m on my own business.
We have been living aprt for atleast 7 years.
Is there any issue i have to be more cautious, bottom line i dont want to shell my hard earned money.
