Does anyone know if there will be fireworks display in the Harbour this New Year's Eve? Also what time? Thanks

There won't be one. Fireworks displays are don on Chinese New Year.

there is a very limited display right at midnight, mostly pyro shot from some of the buildings....nothing like the CNY or even the EAG opening ceremonies...
