All I've heard is that they stole client data from their previous employer and have been sending unsolicited messages to clients by email and mobile phone, not very professional.

I only care a service as long as they can provide good experiencecd service in reasonable price it is ok. And I heard that treatment is very good.

have heard that the threading was done very professionally and very reasonably by a lady who was featured /recommended in the South China a year or so ago. My friend was delighted and have to say her eyebrows look fantastic. Will give it a try

Wow, just been to this spa yesterday,had Brazillian wax ,facial and pedicure. Wow amazing feeling about waxing. The therapist are quite experienced.The spa is quite big to get together and in a easy location. Guys every month they have a quite good promotion check it out their website.

It's a great salon - great prices & deals, lovely staff - generally has a great feel to the place. I highly recommend Kala for Brazilian waxing (she’s the best in HK) general waxing, threading and tinting and all the rest.

i am now a regular at Om Day spa. Best waxing in hong kong and at very competitive prices. The staff are friendly and professional and very experienced. The spa itself is fab and very spacious (great for a group of girls to get together) - you could spend the whole day there, the pedicure chairs are the best I've seen. I'm of for a facial right now - check it out, they have great promotions (girls - get yourselves on their email list)

Well known for its brazilian, i think the spa offers reasonable price and great services. I would recomend this spa to anyone who needs some pampering. Very relaxing and fun atmosphere.

I am also now a regular after I got wind from a friend not long after they opened. This is the best waxing that I have had in HK and they are reasonable & competitive prices. Massages are great as well. I have used Rada and highly recommend her. ps: Great mani/pedi promo this month! I am just hoping they get they gel nail specialist they have been looking for soon....

Om day spa is great for Brazilian waxing. I have been to a few in HK and by far this had been the best in quality n rates. I would recommend this one for Brazilian, also they use hot wax which is really best for this kind of waxing.
Having tried mani/pedi too, I would say they are just ok. I have had excellent experience with fenny in "the lobby" in hang Hau but she has resigned now. So I would rather try diff places now instead of recommending om day spa for this service. They don't yet seem well equipped as well as the service is not impressive.
