you mean ANY? many memberships are very reasonably priced (i.e. Helena May is 4k/year without entry fee), question is more to get accepted

RHKYC is open - if you can sail well & get accepted.
HKCC is open, and sporting membership is always possible if you know the right people, and can play competitive tenis, cricket or squash.
I am sure many clubs are open to new members. You are asking a very very broad question though. perhaps people can be more helpful if you describe what type of club you are after, and in what location...
