Hi there, I am looking at taking my family to New Zealand and would like to find Taupo accommodation. Can anyone recommend a two or three bedroom place with kitchen, heated swimming pool that has good views? Preferably walking distance to town, not too expensive but really nice?

Hi TK, I spend a lot of time in Taupo so am quite familiar with the place. Check out Riverside Apartment, it's right on the river so the views are pretty spectacular and not far from the marina. Easy walk into town. They have a website http://www.taupoaccommodation.co - looks like it might suit you quite well, three bedrooms with kitchen and pool. Hope this helps.
