I use one lady who taught at Victoria International Kindergarten for 12 years, I have a three-year-old and five-year-old. I'm quite happy with her. She lives in Tsing Yi but doesn't have a problem coming all the way to Ap Lei Chau! Her English is not great but we manage to communicate! I will send you a PM with her details.
