Iphone 4 advertised as iphone 4S in iphone 4S box

I just purchased what I thought was a used iPhone 4S - it was advertised as an iPhone 4s and came in an iPhone 4S box.


When I was setting it up at home to test it (I purchased it as a gift for my Mum) I realized that it was an iPhone 4. I have the Seller's number and his user name is winstonc1980 but no surprise he has not responded to my texts or calls.


Beware people to check carefully! I didn't notice the subtle differences between models until I got home, am so angry as I wanted the 4S for the better camera and paid the going rate for an iPhone 4s.


Anything you can do Ed?

sorry to hear about this --- the most you can do in this situation is take a small claims action --- a fair bit of trouble of course...
