Hi,

I have naturally curly hair which is quite long and thick. The bottom part of the hair curls really well naturally but the crown is a problem. The curls on the top part are not even and also a bit frizzy so i would like to go for spot perm where they only curl certain spots of your hair.
Can anyone suggest a good salon in HK who do spot perm?
