Discovery Bay dog owner sued

A few years ago a Discovery Bay dog owner was sued for allowing a dog to run around in the plaza. I believe that the dog ran into a boy who was injured. The parents sued and won the owner.

Does anybody remember this case? A reference to the reported decision would be really helpful.
