repair shop for volvo car

I have 10 yrs old volvo v70.
Its passenger side window does not open, otherwise it is in all good condition.
I went to a small repair shop, where I get MOT inspection every year.
They told me that the window switch shall be replaced but no such a part is available in Hong Kong.
I was also told that MOT inspection can not be passed without proper windows functionality.


Now, I am seeking for answers for these two questions below:


(1) Anybody knows a repair shop who can fix volvo cars?
I do not mean volvo certified repair shop, since I went there two years ago,
and they gave me a long list of parts to be replaced which costs 25000 HKD.
Any additional service must be processed after this huge replacement.


(2) In case the window can not be fixed, and MOT can not be passed,
what's the best way to deal with this car?
Any dealer can have the car with cheaper price?
or anywhere I shall dispose this car?
