Im a filipina and my partime employer want to bring me US to work for them. They are not US citizen so they can bring helper but the problem is we dont have contract coz I only work for them for my holiday and statutory holidays.Any advice??thank you..

Additiona info ..my contract will be finish january but my employer in US needs me to start december..

Thank you very much.We have simple contract which we both signed last 2011 but for payment they give to me in cash so no payslip.My current employer know about my application so she s suggesting if she can give supporting letter just for me to apply here in hongkong and not to break my contract to apply in phils.Could it be possible?
