Need advise on getting my security deposit from a Furniture Company

Can anyone advise me on what to do? I am really at my wits.

My boyfriend rented some furniture (quite a big company in HK) when he first arrived in HK. At the end of our lease, we returned the furniture. According to the salesgirl, it takes about 2 weeks to process the return.

It has been 2months & still no outcome. I have already tried all possible means i.e. telephone & even emailing the boss. The boss promised an outcome by the end of the week. It has been 2weeks, still nothing.

Called them again yesterday but no one can help me on this. The people that can probably help me have "disappeared".

Clueless & frustrated!!!

Serve them with papers to appear there - minimal cost. They will probably sort out what they owe quickly once those arrive
