Can someone please tell me the dimensions (size & weights) of US butter sticks. I understand there are two sizes. Can I buy these in HK?

1 US butter stick is 4 oz, or 113 gms. That's the equivalent of half a pack (227gms) of lovely New Zealand Anchor butter.

Or you can buy one stick of the New Zealand Anchor blue butter at 100grams per stick. It's equivalent to the USA stick of butter.

Thank-you for the replies - are the dimensions the same, i.e. width, height, length?

the New Zealand anchor blue butter at 100 grams is NOT equivalent to US stick of butter. US stick is 113 grams - so you need to get the 227 grams and cut it in half. Dimensions are not the same - the NZ anchor butter is shorter, fatter and wider.

Olivers used to sell Land O Lakes butter - regular US sticks.

Is 'a stick of butter' the 'correct' term? Never heard of it before. I've always known it as 'a pack of butter'. Just wondering in a lax moment.

Thanks. I must get to the supermarket a bit more because I can't ever recall seeing a 'stick' before.
