I notice HKPPA's Toddler and Parent Group having children from 10 months to 3 yr old. With my little one being 11 months and not walking yet, I was wondering if they do divide the kids into subgroups according to their age.

Last year, we went to the Borrett Road PPA. As for age groupings, it depended on the day. That way, you could choose either a specific age grouping or an open age grouping. The morning we went was an open one. My son really enjoyed it.
