Injury from a massage

I need some advice please. This past week I went to a salon for a relaxing aroma massage. What I got was a severe, rough handed treatment that I stopped after only ten minutes. It was sadly enough time to suffer bruises to my back and nerve damage down my right arm. The following day I noticed some discomfort in my right arm, by the following morning I went to the doctors as it was worse and my back very sore. The doctor x-rayed me and said there was evidence of damage and has recommended physiotherapy and painkillers. What I would like to know is what to do to stop this salon using this person again, causing injuries to other people. I had the strong mind to stop this as I felt it was going wrong, other people who are not familiar with massages may not realize. Also the masseur did not speak a word of English, I had to push her off to stop her even though I was shouting at her to stop the treatment. I have also now have to take sick leave while I receive physiotherapy treatment.

Who do I make an official complaint to?
