Yes it is open, but I think not every shop is open yet.
New viewing area on roof
New ice-cream place outside, with funky flavours.
Burger King
Nice looking Chinese restaurant with good view
Bubba Gump Theme Restaurant
The usual tourist sort of shops
And probably other places I didn't see
