hi all,
i am a single parent and has a 8yrs old child. she will attend full day school and returns home everyday around 4pm and i will work and return home after 7pm. can someone advise where can i find help to look after my daughter till i come home everyday?

You're only a short distance then from HKU. Why not stick up some flyers on the noticeboards there?
Go along to the entrance on Bonham Road (East Gate), go up the stairs to the lifts. Notices are stuck around there. Also go up in the lift (only one floor) and you'll see other noticeboards there. Stick one there. These are public areas so you should have any problems.
Remember to do the tear-off strips at the bottom with your phone number.
Obviously this is not a long-term solution (holidays, exams etc.) but should tide you over till you can find something more permanent.
BTW, what do you usually do during your child's holiday time?
