How do you re-heat chicken

Just wanted to double check how everyone is re-heating frozen food cubes of chicken.


I have been thawing in fridge over night and then zapping in microwave in microwave safe dish....until piping hot and then cooling down in a bowl of cold water.

I think everyone would check the same: Any frozen food needs to be thawed before serving. And any hot meal needs to be cooled before eating, needless to say, check the proper temperature especially when you're into baby-feeding
