What is the easiest way via public transport to Lo Wu from Sai Kung?

Just get the KMB bus 299 from Sai Kung town at the Fuk Man Road terminus, that will take you straight to Sha Tin ( last stop). From there, you just get the KCR train to Lo Wu.
You could also get a Taxi from Sai Kung to University KCR station, cost you about $80.00HKD and takes 20mins.
