Spanish or South-American Cookery Classes

Anyone know of anywhere giving classes in Spanish/Mexican/Argentinian/etc cookery?


Actually, I'm looking for two things:

- a kitchen big enough for about 20 people to cook in, and

- ideally a Spanish-speaking chef to lead the class


I've tried Towngas and HK Electric, plus searched here in the threads and under resources - only seem to find Asian cookery or French/Italian.

Have you try the Chinese Cuisine Training Institute (CCTI)? They can organise a

cooking class called "Fun Kitchen" for a minimum of 10 people, maybe they can let you bring your own choise of chef.
