I was in a un married relationship with a chinese woman more than 4 years and we have a daughter together. I need some advise about legal financial child support in China for such a case because since we seperated my Ex living partner is demanding redicilous financial monthly support fee. Any advisory or recommendation for family lawjer in Shanghai is welcome.

Yes, you need to support your biological daugther up the stage when she finishes her study in upper secondary school.


The amount should not be more than Rmb 1,000 a month. But, then again, hard to guess what will a judge think when it comes to an expat's daugther.
