The last flat we lived in didn't allow dogs, but I would hear our neighbor's little one barking very often (not too loud and not irritating so I didn't mind). And I would see people carrying dogs in a bag passing through the lobby and the guards don't say anything.
Our building now also doesn't allow dogs, but have heard my friend's story about his neighbor in our same bldg with a dog living inside his flat.
Anyone sneaking their dogs in and out their apartments? Did your bldg management turn a blind eye or they haven't found out yet?
