I take something similar (Kirkland/Costco brand) to Centrium One A Day for Women with Folic Acid and the basics, and I take DHA.

Although I bought in the USA, similar are found here.

I also take a prenatal vitmin for pregnant and lactating moms. i also take an additional calcium.
