To make big dumplings for stew, hold the chicken feet!

Anyone know where i can buy some suet?

Yep - if you can live with shredded vegetable 'suet' and not the real beef variety then some Park & Shop branches stock it. I think it's usually the lower fat version. Also seen it in City Super, Oliver's, Great and Butcher King Sai Kung. (Sorry, for some reason I can't remember the name but it's the popular UK brand, in a green and yellow pack. 'Saxbys' or something?)

That's the one good thing about cold weather: stew; bacon roly-poly; steak & kidney puds; spotted dick etc. Yum...

Name came back to me (yeah, I need to get out more) - it's "Atora" suet.
