The Pen Lobby isn't that great for afternoon tea -- I think people go there just to be seen.


The coffee shop in the old Mandarin Oriental used to have fantastic afternoon tea fare. I can't wait for them to reopen again on the 28th of September!


The afternoon tea at the Ritz Carlton is very nice, too. Good ambience.
