I get my periods only four times a year. Is this normal or do i need to get some help?

'Normal' is once a month, so yes, I'd get it checked out if I were you.

for some it's possibly normal but you might need to rule out polycystic ovaries, which is highly possible as well.

Thanks every one. I do have polycystic ovaries. I did take help last year for my second baby. My gyno helped me to trace my cycle and eventually I got pregnant. I have two kids now, do not wish to have any more. As said I do have polycystic ovaries. I will require to see an endocrinologist, a harmone specialist. Does anyone know a good one in hong kong.
