Can any one tell me if it's ok to continue feeding bubs if i have a stomach bug.I don't want to pass it on to my daughter.

Yes, actually it is goof for her to get your antibodies. feed away.
Be sure to drink lots of fluids and stay hydrated.
If you require medications though, check with your doctor if the medicine is okay with breast feeding.

Very few maternal illnesses require the mother to stop breastfeeding. Breastfeeding protects the baby against infection, and the mother should continue breastfeeding, in order to protect the baby. If the baby does get sick, which is possible, he is likely to get less sick than if breastfeeding had stopped. But often mothers are pleasantly surprised that their babies do not get sick at all. The baby was protected by the mother’s continuing breastfeeding.
