Didn't the vet arrange for this when your dog was microchipped and inoculated?
Doesn't really matter which exit you take from the KRC. In fact I don't know which is nearer, Mongkok or Kowloon. Either way it's a f#@k of a long walk from the KCR. Why on earth don't you go on the MTR? The Sham Shui Po MTR is not too far away and I would have thought that was easier. Or do you not want to travel on the MTR?

Looking at the YP Map (linked from here) and Centamap, the nearest exit to 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road is C1, brings you out at 241-249 Cheung Sha Wan Road. Neither map shows a 'G' exit. The offices will probably be signposted at the MTR.

Banja, sorry just going by what the Ag&Fish website says about going to an authorised vet for inoculation and the licence then is forwarded to vet's office...

Yes, you don't need to go get the licence. The vet does it all for you as long as your dog has the updated rabies shot, when the licence arrives, you can pick it up at the vet!
