Hello everybody,
I'm working as a teacher and I got the job through an agency. My employer is the angency, not the school.
In the contract I signed, it says that they will not pay me MPF and I'm responsible for paying the MPF myself. Now I'm wondering if this is legal and if I should say something. I mean it is called MANDATORY provident fund.
What do you all think? What should I do?

It is Illegal for the employer not to pay MPF but to complain to the Govt usually will result in loss of job
