I believe this is a chain that is originally from Vietnam but is also in the US as well. Wondered if anyone has tried it and what they thought of the food quality?

I believe its located on the street between Hennessey Rd and Russell Street (Times Square). Sorry I can't remember the name of that little street.

I have lived in San Jose, Ca before (2nd largest Vietnamese population in the US), and I have to say that it is very different then the one in the US. This is more suited for the locals tastes. The One in the US was much better.

Got to Pho Saigon on Hennessy Rd across from the CC Wu Building (319 Hennessy Rd, Wanchai, 2833 6833).

It is the only place in HK that I have ever found genuine Vietnamese Pho (they import most of the ingredients from Saigon). Say hi to Nathan the owner and tell him to have a web site done
