I've always dealt with really great building mgt staff at places I lived at before. So never thought to question this when I bought the place I'm living at now. And boy, how wrong I was! It's been an endless marathon dealing with my current building mgmt, even with the manager!
Apart from leaving, which I do intend to do but not this very moment, what can I do? Not sure how all this works, how to get involved in raising issues with building mgt beyond phone calls with their staff/manager. Is there normally a property owners committee type of thing ?
btw... I'm paying higher than average mgmt fees too!
