Hey there expat mums...and dads.
I need your advice. Shopping for clothing anywhere in Asia proves to be a problem for me. As all you experienced expats women would know,you only need to be a fraction bigger than an Australian size 10 and you are lost. What if you are pregnant? Is there anywhere in Asia (I travel a lot) where you can purchase maternity wear big enough and trendy enough to be seen in?
My questions are as follows:
1. Do you shop locally for maternity wear? If so, where would you recommend?
2. Do you shop online for maternity wear? If so, what are your favourite maternity wear brands/stores?

My favourite is Japanese Weekend for more stylish clothes and Gap for basic wear.

WEll, Singapore has a number of good maternity shops. I liked Maternity Exchange, located at Specialists' Shopping Centre in Orchard Road. They bring in great US and UK brands like Japanese Weekend and Liz Lange, and best of all, they let you buy or rent the clothes and also buy those that have been rented out at a much lower price! I managed to get some great second hand pieces in excellent condition and at a big discount from the original price.
