I want to order some things like an external HD (see previous post) to my address here in HK. Has anyone ordered from a local online HK web site (that is in English obviously)? Thanks a lot for the help.

I tried this a while ago... it seems that HK is in-fact offline in the retail department :)


Except for Parknshop... which is pretty efficient actually.

Yes i am a lazy slob. Your better off going to WanChai computer center, great deals on HDs.

Yeah i know Jinny, but sometimes when it's 35c with 2 million people shopping for the same item i'd prefer to sit under the air-con and order :)

Is external HD safe to use? I bought two here a couple of months ago. One was diagnosed with bad sectors and one faulty. They do not seem to be reliable stuff!
