I'm looking for somewhere I can buy sewing equipment (not fabric, not machines, but just the other bits and bobs). I know I could trawl through Sham Shui Po, and also I know about the Pottinger St stalls, but I was wondering if there was a particular shop anyone could recommend? Do the Japanese dept stores have this kind of stuff?

year i bought a few things at the 10dollar plaza/ Jusco. just have a look there are a lot around like in central, causeway bay ....
well just try it ^_^
but Sham Shui Po might have a lot more.

Thanks! Things I'm looking for specifically include a bias tape maker and pattern paper, along with some other bits. I'll try these shops!

The Needlework Shop G17-18, Midland Plaza, 328 Queens Road Central, 2123-1327 has a nice supply of crochet, embroidery and needlework supplies. I go there for buttons that cannot be found on Pottinger St, they also have some other notions. I hope this helps.
