There is a motorcycle accessories shop over Kowloon side. You enter ground floor, go up the stairs and there are many aisles of class cabinets filled with helmets, boots etc. Not Mong Kok
Can't remember the stores name or location, but do remember the store as it was the best one I visited out of 10+ stores.
