Clothes hanging rail

Hi,

Can someone tell me where to buy these rails in hk? Basically mounted to the ceiling and floor vertically and with a few horizontal shorter rails to create an open walk in closet concept. IKEA used to sell but no longer produce.

Also need simple wall mounted shelves to be set up in store room for easy storage.
