Repairing cheap jewellery

Does anyone know of a shop which will do small repairs on cheap costume jewellery? I have a pair of earrings which I bought from a high street shop like Zara, and the plastic jewel broke and I would like it to be replaced.

I know it sounds silly and it was really cheap to begin with, but it is my favourite pair and I would pay double just to have someone fix it. Someone told me of a shop in Soho which makes and sells its own little pieces, and I was wondering if that place (or any other) would be able to help.
