Ring Band Repair

I have a diamond ring that is missing a piece of about 3mm opposite the stone setting on the gold band and would like to have it repaired. Does anyone here know of a company/person that makes these type of repairs.

Mr Tam is very reasonable. He is a goldsmith that many jewelry store goes to. He's on Stanley Street. Back of the house type of workshop. It's a workshop that sells some items. His MAIN activity is in repairs.
