Extension of stay - process help please

I need to extend my residency visa, but when I go to the online booking system it only allows me to book Kowloon or NT? Is there any way to pre-book Wanchai main headquarters?

Also I cant seem to download the PDF forms from the main website - is there an alternative site to download the documents?

I was able to download the form from here http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/este.htm#1
if you still can't download it PM me your email address and i will send you the downloaded form by email.
I don't think you can book a time for the immigration office in wanchai. bookings are only available for branch offices. so that means you will just have to turn up and wait. unless you go to one of the branch offices of course.
