Town Gas

Just wondering if anyone could advise me on the cost of gas here. I have received our first Town Gas bill and were shocked at the price.
One person showering once a day and then cooking using gas some nights and our bill is $2123.00 for 2 months. Does this sound right???

Oh of course NOT!

That's way too much. We are 2 and bath 2 times a day and cook almost every day. Our bill is around 300-400 only.

Check your units, are they the same as per the bill. If you didnt update them on your meter reading, they charge based on assumptions/estimates....but thats like, a no brainer!

Yeah that does sound very high. More like an electric bill. Our bill is also around 300-400/month. Do check the meters every few months and call in your reading.
