Where to buy a Chinese-English flat rental contract

Does anyone know a shope where I can buy a Chinese-English flat rental contract? (hopefully around Central/Sheung Wan but will travel).

if the landlord/lady agrees (or if you are the landlady, the tenant agrees), you can draft your own rental contract based on the original. i did this before when i rented because the cookie cutter rental contract didn't have certain clauses
