SMEG kitchen appliances Posted by Meliss (90 days ago) We are in the process of renovating our kitchen... I believed Smeg to be a good middle of the range Euro brand for ovens, stover tops & range hoods HOWEVER I have started to hear they are not... I'd appreciate anyone's opinion / experience. Find what you are after in our Hong Kong A-Z Directory  Posted by Susie1 (90 days ago) Have a look at eCOX.com.hk electrical appliance websight, they sell Smeg and many other Euro brands, large selection and ompetetive on prce, they have a showroom in Prince Edward, there are lots of good euro brands there so if you want things to match they were the best place we found. Smeg is a good brand but there are also others.
Posted by Wiz Bang (90 days ago) the thing you have to do is to check out their customer service reps and their service centre - i.e. accessibility, range of service, response time etc etc. Posted by Riceman (90 days ago) I have found smeg to be good all-round. I've used the line for about 4 years now and only once had to have someone come around to fix the spark in the hob (and that was because a workman moved it carelessly when we had a our kitchen countertop replaced). Smeg were very professional and efficient about it and this was after the 12 month warranty was over. |
