The Lodge in Jordan is small but quite flexible about leases. They are run by The V, which also has more expensive rooms on the island. All should be furnished.

We are currently staying in a serviced apartment near Kwai Fong MTR station and have signed a 6-months contract, up until the end of November but we will be leaving Hong Kong. The apartment is quite nice here as it has a swimming pool, club house with gym, free shuttle bus. The building is new and people only started moving in at the beginning of this year. Thanks Tina. I have since then settled in a service apartment in Central. My cat will be staying with my friend for the time being. Thanks anyway.
