Where to donate blood?

As the title says, where can I donate blood in HK? What times and days are they open?

I know that the Red Cross runs various days in certain buildings to donate blood.

However I also found that the HK government is quite strict on who can and can't donate blood.

For example if you have lived in the UK from around the 1980s - 1990s (for at least 3 months), they won't accept the blood, because of made cow disease.

There are also other examples for not accepting blood donations.
