The leasing office at The Manhattan in Tai Tam

Hi,

Does anyone know the phone number or email address of the leasing office at The Manhattan in Tai Tam? Is it possible not to use an agent as I heard it only has one owner?

I would be very surprised if you could rent an apartment at the Manhattan without either an owner advertising or going through a broker.

And I doubt very much that a developer built that, and then did not sell the units, that is not how property developers generally work.

In short I doubt there is a leasing office and you will have to approach property agents.

DB - you are incorrect. The Manhattan is owned by the Manhattan group. The building was build on one of their old factory sites & they own each apartment. They also wn Manhattan Heights & several others.

There are not many apartments available at the moment. I would call her & ask for the renting list. Would expect you can get for the 'ex' price, ie less the management fees etc.
