Can anyone advise where I could buy 'dry ice' in HK (preferrably Kowloon)? Cheers

How much do you need and what size blocks.
Probably only 2-3 kgs in pellet form in order to conduct some science experiments with children.

you could go to Haagen Dazs, get some ice cream moon cakes, and ask for about 2 hrs worth of dry ice (complimentary)...then send the ice cream to me (i'll pm you my address) and keep the dry ice! :-)
