ask complete deelite in central, they sell them but not sure if they make them.

Try Alibaba, type in search for printed balloon, the search will come up with loads of stuff, because you want quite a large amount, you should get them at a very reasonable price from there, although the companies are mainly in China they will post your order to you.

www.brandhk.com can do printed balloons. They are not on the site but just send them an email with the details
